Welspun Specialty Solutions Ltd. receives orders for Rs. 21 crore.

Welspun Specialty Solutions Limited has received orders for aggregative amount of Rs 21 crore (including taxes) for supply of Stainless steel bars from a domestic customer, unrelated party. The said order is expected to be executed by the end of October 2023.

The Company has received the said orders in normal course of business. The said transaction is not falling under related party transactions and is done at arm's length basis.
