The aluminum division has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Ltd (GACL) to explore potential opportunities in the caustic-chlorine and related sectors.

The MoU outlines the collaborative intent to investigate potential joint ventures or contractual arrangements that align with the mutual interests of both companies. The collaboration aims to support Vedanta Aluminium's ongoing efforts toward vertical integration within its operations.
