Tata Projects bags ₹1,100-crore contract from Godrej Properties in Gurgaon.

Godrej Properties has entered into a partnership with Tata Projects for construction contracts worth ₹1,100 crore across three luxury residential developments on Golf Course Road in Gurugram.

The agreement marks the first collaboration between the two major Indian corporate groups, according to a statement from Godrej Properties.

Under the mandate, Tata Projects will handle core and shell construction works for three upcoming high-end residential projects—Godrej Sora, Godrej Astra, and Godrej Samaris—located in Gurugram’s premium housing corridor.

The engagement brings Tata Projects into the city’s luxury residential market to execute structural works for developments positioned as thoughtfully designed, high-quality living spaces. Among the projects covered is Godrej Samaris, an upcoming luxury development in Sector 53, Gurugram, spread across 7.41 acres.
