Prestige Estates Launches 5,120-Unit Township 'Prestige Golden Grove' in Hyderabad with ₹9,500 Cr GDV.

Prestige Estates Projects Limited has launched Prestige Golden Grove, one of the largest residential developments in Hyderabad, located in the rapidly growing Tellapur area.

Spanning 28.6 acres, the township features a total saleable area of approximately 10.36 million square feet and carries an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of over ₹9,500 crore.
