MAN Industries Expands Capacity with ₹100 Crore Spiral Mill and Coating Unit in Madhya Pradesh.

MAN Industries (India) Limited has commissioned a new spiral mill for narrow-range pipes and a polyurethane (PU) coating facility at its Pithampur plant in Madhya Pradesh, investing ₹100 crore in the expansion. The plant's capacity has now increased by 50,000 TPA, reaching a total of 150,000 TPA.

The company is also expanding operations beyond India, with new manufacturing units planned in Saudi Arabia and Jammu.

The new spiral mill enhances the company's pipe manufacturing capabilities, expanding the product range from the earlier 28-120 inches to 12-120 inches in diameter. This enables MAN Industries to cater to the rising demand for narrow-range pipes in critical sectors.

Additionally, the PU coating facility is now operational, while a three-layer polyethylene (3LPE) coating unit is under development. These advanced coating technologies will improve the durability and lifespan of pipes used in oil and gas transportation, water transmission, and other key infrastructure projects.
