Kirloskar Electric Company Ltd. inks MOU with Shirdi Sai Electricals Ltd.

Kirloskar Electric Company Ltd. has entered into Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Shirdi Sai Electricals Limited, Hyderabad for transfer of manufacturing unit (unit - 16) of the company, located in Pune, either by Business Transfer or such other mode as may be agreed, subject to the completion of satisfactory due diligence and after receipt of other approvals as may be required.
