Hitech Corporation Ltd. has executed a Sale Deed on 29th October, 2021 effecting the sale of the Company's land bearing survey numbers 220/3/2/1, 220/3/2/2, 220/8/2/1 and 224/1 totally admeasuring 27 151 square meters situated at Village Naroli, Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu, which was presently lying idle and unemployed with the Company.
