Call Genie enters multi-year contract with TCS

Mumbai: Call Genie Inc and Tata Consultancy Services have announced a new multi-year contract regarding a major Southeast Asian telecommunications company, for the use of Call Genie’s CG InteractAgent and CG OpenAgent Search software.

According to the agreement, the name of the telecommunications company will not be immediately disclosed. Call Genie will provide software to allow operators to effectively search and access directory listing information for over 35 million sub scriber lines.
